No free slot for preorder?? - Guild Wars Forums

Hi
I bought the preorder pack and added the key that should give the bonus items and the extra character slot but I only got the bonus items and no extra char slot, any else has this?

You dont get the character slot until you add a retail copy of Nightfall to the account.
